When assume… you give space for mistakes!

One advice… assuming …that you poisoned a person… how do you know that he took it?

Is it considered attempt murder?

or because you want bad things to happen to him… you give him more?

this is the Christian/ Jewish way of “do not murder” or murdering justifies the cause?

CIA knows everything? or if they hear … they might learn something?
