This is the challenge… ahead for them to tolerate the costs associated!!! but if they proceed with it in a year they will lose more than half of their traffic!!!! And of course there are other networks who want to be in their position for free!!!!
They can charge NSA for all the data they provide to them….

This centralized massive infrastructure enables the deployment of massive centralized applications to be created, and to be accessed/ shared from a massive audience simultaneously from Everywhere there is Internet connection.
